Description

The Norco XFR 2 Hybrid Bike is built to be ridden everyday on your commute or when you’re getting in some exercise on two wheels. Designed to ensure you’re comfortable on any surface the XFR 2 has a Suntour XCT30 Suspension Fork with 80mm travel and lockout to handle the bumps, and fast-rolling multi-terrain tyres for a smooth ride. Comfort is further improved by the upright geometry and X6 aluminium frame design which gives you can incredibly stable ride, while remaining light and easy to control.

The Tektro HD-M275 Hydraulic Disc Brakes give you excellent control which performs in all weather conditions, unlike traditional rim brakes. All around the XFR is kitted out with capable spec, including Shimano Altus shifters and rear derailleur for reliably smooth shifting and performance from the 2×8 speed Shimano drivetrain. You can even put your own finishing touches to suit your needs with chainstay mounted disc brake callipers you can easily mount fenders and racks. The XFR 2 shares a lot of similarities with the higher end XFR 1, with the main differences found in the drivetrain as the XFR 1 is predominately equipped with Shimano Deore components instead of Shimano Altus, but for the most part the bikes are very similar. The Norco XFR 2 Hybrid Bike does a bit of everything well, which is what you want from your hybrid bike. You can get up some easy speed and really get going and still handle any bumps or rough surfaces you encounter if you want to head off the pavement.
